Making A Difference In The Community Right From The Start
For Don Bradley, owner of Manhattan Bagel Lansdale & sister location Manhattan Bagel Chalfont, giving back to the community has always been a driving force both in his personal life and in business. Manhattan Bagel of Lansdale, as well as Chalfont, has made it part of their mission to engage in consistent community outreach with any means they can. Whether this is donating extra bagels to hospitals, churches, and schools or collecting toiletries and baked goods for those serving in the military, essential workers and families in need. For years, Don can frequently be seen at food pantries delivering meals on a weekly basis so that any leftover goods can be given to others instead of being thrown away. A focus on the community was even carried through to the design of the restaurant when Don created the dining room. He wanted to specifically carve out an area that could serve as a comforting place in the community for families and friends to meet and spend time together over a great meal.
Manhattan Bagel Lansdale would like to say thank you to our customers for their involvement in giving back to those in need in our communities. We have always received lots of support and engagement when donating a portion of our proceeds to great charities in the area and for that we are very appreciative. For us it is more than a single act, our whole team at Manhattan Bagel of Lansdale feels strongly in continuing the chain of reciprocity in our communities.
